My 5th order incoming. I accidently ordered the last item 100ML of Fruit Mix but oh well. 370ml of juice, 15 coils, 21 EVOD compatible 2ml clearos, 150 wires with wicks for EVOD/Protank rebuilds, and 2 1300 twist batteries. I give most of it away or sell at cost to those who are trying to stop cigs. So far I've undone over 150 years of cig addiction

I am also with you. Have spent a fortune with Fasttech. I don't care whether something is a clone or not as long as it works and does not cost me a lot. My last order got to Texas in 6 days!! That is a new record. Each order seems to get faster as long as you don't have batteries or juice.

I just tonight ordered another taifun gt and also a gs and another gt steel tank. I hope it gets here fast I am excited. My forth order so far still waiting on my third cutoms isnt happy about the batteries I ordered It will be the last time I order batteries from fasttech as it slows it down way to much.

Fasttech is very disrespectfull to Customers.

After 90 days, they report to the Customer that the order is "Delivered" even though it is not and there is a trouble ticket open for the order.

Worse, they just close trouble tickets without agreement or even consultation and even mark the ticket as "Resolved".

Very poor Customer Service, and a sign of things to come.

I have not yet had an issue though my batteries and usb power bank is the longest shipment yet. I am hoping to have them this week but who knows. I am hoping to not have any issues.

If they are still in Malaysia, they will be coming by SEA, not air...Malaysia Post has been sending letters to people stating that, plus that trackers indicate it..but no more batts from MP in the future unless they change their current shipping policy....

Screw Fasttech, they screwed me, for my birthday I ordered two Hana DNA20 mods on May 20th, it said in stock ships the next day, waited three days nothing, then told sorry that I would have to wait two weeks for shipment waited the two weeks, again nothing, I checked my order and it in re-stocking and have too wait another two weeks, and they admitted it would take over a month to get my order cause there shipping is so slow, screw them and that noise, cancelled Christmas, took three or four e-mail to get my refund, I then went and bought two Cloupor DNA30's and there in the mail, they where in stock, no waiting, except for processing and two day shipping, and bought and sold in America yeah baby screw Fasttech and the horse there eating

I just got an order in 7 days to my door from day of ordering..if U order from FT, its good to know what and when to order and which shipper to use...all my orders (over 50) over the past 15 months there have been filled successfully within 17 days from day of ordering.....

most ppl make the mistake of ordering items that are not ready to ship, have no clue how to request a split order, use very slow shippers, and do not read the reviews and get items that are not what they expected..

BTW, this time of year June - September is always the best time of year for ordering, IF U do a lil reading and have learned how and what to order with the correct shipper..

That is a problem with FastTech. It's not Amazon or Newegg. Local USA stuff (for me) does have good customer service. But as long as you know ahead of time the service might suck it' can still be a great value. Their juices aren't bad. I can't afford top shelf juice all the time. Or to give away. Funny thing is the local gas stations are all starting to sell juice fairly cheap. It's fun exploring.

I finally took a chance on Fasttech and got my order in 7 days to Texas!! Ordered 8/20/14 and received today 8/27/14...I am impressed!!! I got a Nemesis, Tobh, magnets for Nemmy, and 5 nice drip tips for less than $40!! I will probably have to order again just cuz!! Now the only question is what to order???
