The story itself is not too bad, but the headline is. "vaping Cartridges" just continues the conflation among the general public. The headline should have been, "Black-Market THC Cartridges".

But at least Banning Legally Sold e-Cigarettes, and Punishing Responsible Retailers, will prevent this from Happening again.

I used to Chuckle when a Member who used to post here a lot (DC2) would say that he'd get So Mad sometimes that he couldn't type because His Hands would start Shaking.
