I might have H. Pylori (Nausea for a month and a half)

So I've had nausea and cramps for a month and a half now and its becoming very concerning. Tomorrow, I'm going to get a blood test to see if I have this condition. My question was, will smoking or vaping make it worse?

That would be a question for the Dr. I have never even heard of that, much less know what the contraindications are. I do wish you luck though, maybe it won't be that.
