So long story short I recently got my mom to order an eGo-C Twist 1300mAh, and when she went to charge it for the first time she started having some issues. The problem is that it's hard for me to figure out what's going on with it over the phone (not to mention I've never even held an eGo-C Twist), so I'd like to find a vape shop near her where she can take it in and have it looked at (somewhere with helpful/knowledgeable staff if possible).
Any suggestions? By the way she lives in El Cajon, CA 92019
Oh and here is the most recent problem if anyone has any suggestions:
1. She decided to take it off the charger to take a couple vapes before it was fully charged, and when she screwed the tank (Kanger T3S) onto the battery it blinked multiple times and wouldn't fire. Then she unscrewed it a bit, and it started working. Now it only works when it isn't screwed all the way down
