So I've been vaping for nearly 2 years now and thinking of getting into rebuildable tanks. I have 2 aps's that I normally use. One is a reo, non VV, other is a provari. I would get a era for the reo if it was vv, so for now I'll just keep using the shorty carts, they seem to be doing ok. As far as the provari I always use cart tanks. Been using them since I got it. Bought a vivi nova a while back, and just didn't like it. Vape just never tasted good. Tried to rebuild them but again never liked the way they turned out, of course my wick wasn't very good quality. Tried cotton gauze and several different kinds of cotton rope that I had laying around, again never put too much effort in it.

I haven't really kept up too much with everything since I have been happy with what i'm using but looking around lately I've seen there are several rebuildables out there. So my question is after all the trial and error what seems to be the "best" rebuilable tank out there now days? Something easy to use, doesn't leak, decently priced and last but not least readily available?

What about wicks? Several threads out there on that too but what seems to be the best performing wick material out there that everyone is using? Where are you getting it?

Most of the Genesis style devices will seep slowly if left on their side, I've read about people having less seepage with very tightly rolled wicks. I haven't tested either of my genny's to see how much they would seep but I do have fairly tightly rolled wicks in them. I try to keep them upright to prevent any leaks.

I have heard that the Terminator's are a good pocket friendly RBT. Terminator-C R/A Tank I have one on order and hope to have it Monday, so I'll be able to share my experience with it shortly. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...choddy-oddy-clone-pics-tip-tricks-quirks.html

Another option is the Killer 705 which is kind of like a rebuildable carto that can be used in most carto tanks from what I understand. There is a fairly long thread about it in the rebuildable atomizer section. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/rebuildable-atomizer-systems/363270-killer-705-atty.html

I have an AGA V2. Had 2 actually. Its a PIA to set up at first but you can get good experience with it and at a cheap price. I personally say go with that to see if you are about rebuildables. If you can get good at setting that one up, you can just about set any other one up. This is just MY opinion though. Good luck!

the 705 is basically the ody/term center piece you put in a tank of your choosing. it may take a rewicking with better materials to get the term really rocking if its like everything else im sure the china wicks arent as good as they could be.
while availability is hit or miss the spheroid and steam machine is also leakproof and uses polyfill like a carto. love my speri for work and fishing.
