I need help/advice on Mr. Puffer

I ordered Mr. Puffer on 09/17/10, and received a receipt. The model I ordered was available, according to the website, but I have heard nothing at all since then. My emails have gone unanswered. I also ordered - and received - an extra set of batts and a charger ($44) from a battery vendor, specifically for Mr. Puffer.

Does anyone know what's going on? I'm feeling a tad screwed!

Welcome to Pufftronic Creations.

Several issues have led us to restructure. Pufftronic Creations is no longer a one man business. I ran into several problems that showed how clearly I needed to form a team to ensure no further hang ups. It may be a bit until remaining stocks become available and for that I do apologize but I want to ensure people get the service they deserve.

I can not access my old email account and have made a new account. Pufftronics customer service specialist Charles will be glad to answer any and all questions at pufftronichelpdesk@hotmail.com and we will continue to work with our old service provider to try and access all old emails.

Did you send your inquiries to the new address? I went through 2 MP1s in 2 months before I gave up and built my own battery box.
