Today at work I was reading somewhere in the annals of this forum about the changes that start taking place in your body once you stop smoking. Now I can't find it for the life of me. There is so much information here things start running together after a while. Can someone please provide a link if you happen to know where it is? It started out at 20 minutes after you stop and went up to around 5 years. TIA

No, these aren't the ones but I really appreciate you trying to find it. It was in a thread unrelated to health benefits the best I can remember and it started out with what happens to your body 20 minutes after you stop smoking. It stated your cold feet and hands got better and then it went on from there. Great read but I can't find it for the life of me now.
