I got my #13 from Vapor Tek this weekend it's the #13b. Bad voltage drop, cheesy plastic switch. Their fix to the first 13b version was to design a spring that slips entirely over the brass post, and is the only thing in contact with the switch (I know, pics would help, maybe later). I hope Vapor Tek will make the 13b bottom caps available.
