i need help with my smok nord

my vape smok nord no longer works, when I turn it on by pressing the button 5 times, it flashes 3 times in white. When I press 3 times on it lights up green but it is impossible to smoke in it. I connected and charged for 2 hours and nothing works, thank you to help me
I'm sorry if I'm not in the right place to post this because I'm new and I do not know the site (sorry also if there are faults I'm Canadian Quebec and I speak very bad English)

Did you buy the SMOK in a vape shop?
Return to the shop for support or a refund on a defective unit.

Did you try the other coil that came in the kit?

Are you sure the pod part is making contact with the battery part?

Pull the pod part out, make sure that you pressed the COIL in far enough so that it is flush with the pod, then re-insert pod down into battery and make sure it is in there firmly.
