I need help!

Hello!

I bought a vision stone tank MOD II and also bought the EPower 18650 510 battery kit. Well, my tank will not burn! I filled the tank a little bit but nothing! Not even the cartomizers that came with the kit vape!!!! I need help fast!

HI there victor, gotta ask a couple of questions 1st. Is you battery charged? Also have you tried to pull the contacts on you carto's out a bit, if the battery is charged?

Where are the contacts located. Im new to tank vaping and these sort of battery kits.

Like oban said, it sounds like you don't have good contact. Try getting a small flat head screwdriver like the ones to fix eyeglasses and very gently pry up on the contacts on the cartomizer. Make sure you do it evenly around the base.
That should help. Some tanks dont like certain batteries

so the contacts are the wires in the tank or from the tank to the battery?

Yes the catromizer that came with it does not work as well... no vaping occurs

The contacts i'm talking about is the small round piece of metel on the battery that makes contact with the bottom of the cartomizer

Do you have another battery besides the e-power to try the tank on? Is the battery inside the epower in the right way?

yes the battery is inserted properly. The light comes on when i push the button. and I see what you are talking about... let me try that.

omg... not my whole battery kit does not work. what the hell is going on?!?!the light on the battery wont light up. The battery is charged, in the right way, and i press the button and no light. SO dissapointed here.

Good question Satrycon, did you fill the carto victor?

The battery contact is where the arrow is pointing. If after trying to pry it up a bit and you still don't get anything, try a different cartomizer or atomizer that you didnt get with the epower

The only other thing I could think of would be trying a different battery in the epower if I came with backups.
If still no avail try contacting the supplier you bought it from.

Whoa victor, does your unit have a safety switch? It probably does, so all you need to do is quickly click the button 5 times. 5 times in 2 seconds I think.

already pressed the button 5 times. Now the button will not light up. a funny smell came from the battery contact. what a true dissapointment.

ouch, funny smell huh? Like ozone, you know that shorted electronic smell?

To be honest I havent heard too many good things about the e power, but others say its fine.
Unfortunately I don't own a e power to give you my personal experience, so I would just contact the supplier and see what they say or maybe someone else could chime in.

Who do you order from and what products do you use? I love the tank idea! I want a good solid vape kit that wont leak or have a short battery life. Yes it shorted out too... Epower... I will never buy another epower product again.
