I need help :(

I recently purchased an Ego One 1100 and I love it, especially the size for when I'm on the go but I started itching for more power and purchased a mega. Plus, it's good to have at least two, right?

Today I bought an ijust2 tank for my mega because it wasn't as bulky as others with same capacity and now I'm really confused about the coils. Are they interchangeable? (Ego One tank and ijust2 tank) I'm clearly pretty clueless about this stuff so if you have any other wise words for me please feel free.

You're gonna need different coils.
The pages list "Compatible coils" in the descriptions for each and they don't seem to cross.

I don't use either, so dunno. All I know is from what I just looked up.
