First I get some of these: CASAA E-cigarette Information Cards

Then I cut-and-paste this onto an Avery 5160 template:
cardlabel-dense.jpg

(Or, for actual legislators, I'll be printing my contact info on the same template)

Then I take the template to FedEx/Kinkos and print up a handful of them onto actual color stickers for the Avery 5160 template, in ink that doesn't run, aka Laser-print.

Then I stick them on the blank spot on the back of the cards where the contact information would go.

Then, I give them to strangers after pointing out that they can keep the card AND give it away because it has a scannable QR code (those square bar codes.)

For B&Ms, I go here: CASAA Printable Material
....and print out this: http://www.casaa.org/uploads/Informational_Card_Display_Stand_Flyer.pdf

and get some of these: Slanted Sign Holder | Front Business Card Pocket or one of the other ones suggested on the Printable_Material page,

and I put them together, find a B&M, go in, give them the display (explaining casaa and QR codes) and buy a bottle of juice.

Rinse and repeat.
