I placed my order on April 7 and still don't have it, was it lost?

I placed an order on April 7th and have been trying to be as patient as possible but it has almost been 20 days now and I still don't have it. I have waited and waited as patiently as I could, now I'm starting to get angry. I checked the tracking number and it appears that it came to America and then got sent BACK to china?!

I want this cleared up immediately. I can't believe I paid 17 dollars for shipping. I order from another website that ships from china, only they have FREE shipping. And guess what? I actually got that package already. What is going on here?:mad:

it was delivered and Eastmall did all they could



it is your own country that has caused the problem and returned your package to china


it says attempted delivery
and then returned etc etc


so how can you blame Eastmall for the actions of your own USA postal and delivery services.

I am not trying to interrupt or anything.
But might I suggest you confirm your Ship To address at Eastmall and make sure it is correct.
Looking at the USPS side of your order it said out for delivery and then unclaimed. That might mean bad address or maybe even the label was unreadable?

Well, I caught my mailman taking a break one time when I was checking the mail and I found a "sorry we missed you, come pick up your package at the post office" slip in my mailbox. I asked him what that was about and he went and got the package for me off the truck (a different package from a different company). He didn't even TRY to deliver that at ALL. This might be his fault too as the package certainly wasn't left "unclaimed", I was anxiously checking the mailbox EVERY SINGLE DAY. I hate my damn mailman, beyond being incredibly lazy he's also quite a jerk.

sometimes these people have just no good work ethic at all,

he sounds like he does not care at all about his job,
or the people he is sposed to be serving.

Ok, I got the package. My RIVA didn't come with an instruction manual so now I'm looking online to try to figure out what I need to do. Also the LR901s that I ordered do NOT work, and one of them killed a battery and ruined my PV by melting the spring inside. Something weird is going on with your manufacturers...
