No where. You have to order one from Cloud 9 in the UK... or rather get on their mailing list, and when the few dozen hit the door, be ready to buy - right that instant. It's got a Nivel chip... read up on it, cause those, and the DNA20 chip are (semi) readily available.
There are lots of VV-VW mods out there... in fact, those words make for a good Google search. Take a look at the Innokin SVD, good place to start for a inexpensive, quality VV-VW.

Cheers,

I really hate to be the "Negative Nancy" or to fall in to the "I know everything trap" but I would advise not to get the Itaste 3.0 because its an ego that is only 800mah. Consider also that the screen burns up your mah also and you are left with very little vaping time maybe not enough to get through a work shift. When I tried it I was left thinking "how is this any different then an ego that is half the price".

The whole changing batteries scared me also. It felt too involved and complicated. It has its drawbacks because you can not usb charge it. But the upside is this. First the standard 18650 battery is 2250 mAH which means it will last 3 times as long as a Itaste 3.0 which is 800 mAh. Second changing a battery is much less involved then charging on the go. You can have several batteries with you if you are traveling and in my case I have no need to charge anything ecig related for a month. Most importantly rechargeable lithium batteries slowly die. So if you do not replace your battery then your devise slowly becomes weaker and weaker over time and every charge it will not hold as much charge on the next use making your devise less useable.

What resistance coil were you running at what settings? I appreciate the input and opinion but I already pulled the trigger so I guess I will figure it out through experience. Thanks again.

rounding third and heading home...
Where in the US can I get a SvoeMesto Semovar? Can you adjust both wattage and volts on the fly like my Vamo? This is what has kept me from buying a Vamo. The process of adjusting voltage is ridiculous! An no wattage adjustments?

so far you can't buy it in the us-cloud9 in England carries it when you can find it in stock(good luck). it uses a nivel chip, can transform into any configuration and handles any battery and whatever you want up top. it's about the same as a provari price-wise and does soooo much more. besides availability, the fact that there is no us dealer is the only reason that one isn't in my hand right now. it makes the vamo seem like a toy(sorry, vamo fans)

2.2 omh tank at 4 v it was the same settings my ego was at at the time and vaped the same. This is not a bad thing the motto to vapers is to have backups for your backups I take several ego's with me when I travel anyway. It is an ego with a LCD display. My biggest concern is how to get the best vape for my money.

I know there are a lot of SVD fans and actually the button indicator for your charge is really cool. I actually prefer the design of the innokin 134 but not sure if it superior to the SVD. I own a SVD and my best friend does also. I gave mine to my mom and he never uses his but is his backup mods. He would swear by the Segelei Zmax. I feel that many mods advertize all these features that you will never use. Variable watage is a great concept but since most of my tanks that I rebuild myself are at 2omh it is never necessary to chage volts unless I want a certan juice higher or lower in which case it wouldn't save me any time. The evic is the perfect example. It does everything except peform well as a MOD.

Another tip is to never buy a MOD from a company that creates limited supply of their mods. If they had a truely great product they would not use the marketing strategy of creating hype then creating a supply/demand issue to price fix. I know people who are paying 400 dollars for mods that were never even designed properly. Let other suckers be your beta testers and buy mods that have had some mass testing.
