Where did I get the idea you'd be found with a Chuck in your cold, dead hand? Who was it that told me that?
If the end of the world comes, and I'm having to defend myself against rabid ANTZ zombies...
Yeah, I still have my Chucks, and they can still do some damage.
;)

I'd never sacrifice my Chuck for that. They're much too heavy for me and they have become a little temperamental, but they are works of art.

I believe the Little Sister variable voltage model takes two 10440 batteries.
It's about the size of a cigarette lighter, and they still make them.

I am thinking of buying about 10 of them when the vapocalypse starts.
Until then I'm sticking with my Ego Twists.
:)

The size of a lighter? It's MADE from a lighter! :)

So, I know I'm late to the party (as usual) but...

I remember that back in the heyday of cartos, some newbies thought that this site was a cover for some kind of strange sex related activity... we were all talking about .... plugs and the condom method. :D

I remember several batteries and/or chargers dying on me within the same month, and being SOOOO frustrated that I almost drove to the store for a pack of smokes.

I remember the starter kit wars.

I remember very few juices containing vegetable glycerin, and the brief foray into another carrier liquid, though I can't seem to remember what it was.

I remember having to have adapters for different battery threading, and then adapters for adapters. :p

I remember the Snails thread when it was legend, and what would happen if a few of us escaped into the main forums. ;)

Best of all though, I remember most of the vets in this thread and am happy to see you all again. :) :toast:

I remember when egos were considered a step up. Tanks were a dream because they all sucked and you'd have to mod them to work "halfway" decent. The dual coil cartos came out. Madvapes was the ..... The epower was all the rage. Reos and provaris were just building steam. Carto tanks we're homeade. You could find sales and get 15 ml sample bottles for next to nothing

Sitting here vaping on my Screwdriver from the UK, dripping from bottles I've had since 2010 when I went through the ridiculous learning curve to figure all this out and amassed a huge stockpile of liquids from the PIF thread. I just pulled all my stuff out and got going again a week ago. Can't find my Ego charger and my old manual ecigs just don't do it for me. Logged in tonight for the 1st time in ages to see if I could buy another Screwdriver (apparently not), and maybe some TastyFinger juice:) I found this thread, thank god. Brought back so many memories and started refreshing my knowledge. I abandoned the cartridges for direct drip back then after trying all the tricks. Never met a cartomizer I liked. Soo, can you old-timers direct me to a good thread with a run-down of the new stuff? Or just tell me what to get? I want a mod that takes batteries like the screwdriver and I guess the most reliable juice holder thingy so I don't have to drip every few minutes. Anything new I need to know about attomizers?:)

I'm still dripping on 510 atomizers, so I can't help you.

And unfortunately, a rundown of new stuff would take about three days.
I wouldn't even know where to start.

Might want to start a new thread and ask for suggestions.
    :)

Well you asked, so I will give you the answer I see the most, "Get a ProVari" I don't have one, too big for me. As for tanks I see a lot using the Protank, again I don't have one. I like smaller, I use EGO's mostly for batteries and EVOD tanks, works for me. I say to each there own.

Since you're a dripper, I'd recommend a bottom feeder. You get the flavor and vapor of dripping without the hassle. In ascending order of price and IMO quality you have the Aurora Vision, V Mod, Bogger and Reo. The Reo and Bogger are probably about equal, I just put the Reo on top because of the atomizer they have to go with it (Reomizer 2) and the fact that it has a mechanical switch which is easier to repair and less likely to need it.
