Good piece! The concept - basically - there would have been a different response to ecigs had they been developed by Pharma (I'd add 'on Gov't grants') ... is not new.
The reaction of O'meara - is 'newer' - those who have been part of the ruling class or next to it, don't like the fact that some people are exercising their rights upon which they have trampled. I say to her - get used to it.
