I started watching a terrible tv show

I just started watching Mad Men....

Right now, I'm in the stopped cold turkey stage until my volt comes in the mail.
And I have started THE WORST show for my current situation!!

Those of you who don't know the show, it's about advertising and the first episode is all about cigarettes...
I'm dying... It's entertaining... but I'm dying. lol

Turn it off and watch Dexter instead! You'll get so into it you'll forget to smoke!

the first few months after i started vaping, i absolutely could not watch a tv program/movie where anyone was smoking...it drove me crazy!

Lol. I watch Boardwalk Empire and of course the show is set during the 20's. Looked like everybody smoked. Even doctors in the hospitals . It don't bother me. I just vape away. Lol

That forensic intern is CREEPY. He's way too interested in serial killers. Creeped me out when he was talking to Dexter about his video game and said that they choose a serial killer character so that they can live vicariously through them, so they can feel the 'thrill' of killing someone. WTF?!! Yeah - not normal.

Add to that that he's the new 'owner' of the mannequin hand that the last intern stole, and it just all adds up to no good.

He's a talented 'super hacker' though, and I'm kinda thinking he's hacked into Dexter's computers and knows a little more about Dexter than we think.

I can't even believe I can watch this show sometimes, because I'm so squeamish about blood and gore. The murders have been so disgusting and disturbing this year, but I can't stop watching the show because it's too freakin' good!

To the OP: once you get your PV, smoking shouldn't bother you other than the smell. I tried watching Mad Men and it wasn't all the smoking that bothered me, it was the setting. I'm not a big fan of that era.

Now Dexter, I loves me some Dexter. They did an interview with Michael Hall on NPR today and it was pretty good. I haven't seen any of season 6 but I'm happy to hear they confirmed 2 more seasons at least.

But I couldn't agree more! I watch a crap ton of TV and Dexter is probably the only one that hasn't gone dull.
