Well I lasted 4 days! I didn't mean too, I just didn't feel the need to vape.
I started again tonight for no particular reason and I am here to tell you, Peppermint is strong!
I only vape 11mg..right now it's 11mg with 8mg mixed in and it knocked me back. Right now i feel a bit lightheaded, like when I first started vaping a couple of years ago. What a trip!

Our vaping habits are very similar Mary Kay. If I'm out for an hour or a day, I don't think about vaping. Really the only time I vape now is in front of the computer and that's not a must. I can pretty much guarantee you that you can easily switch to 0mg peppermint and not miss a thing as I switched to 0mg peppermint 5 months ago. The nice thing about peppermint is that it gives you a nice "pop" especially if you haven't vaped for a few hours, lol.

We must share a connection MK because I just did 2 days without vaping while visiting family and friends out of state. Although I could have vaped I chose not to since we stayed with family, were surrounded by children, or the opportunity just never presented itself.......it wasn't that bad. My body didn't share the same withdrawal symptoms that I had with analogs with one exception, it shared the same return response. The flavors at first were very strong and the nic really hit me.

I wonder if that could be a type methodology for those looking to step their nic level downward? Perhaps stop vaping for a couple of days, then return to the lower nic level and see if your body has an easier time adjusting. I wish I had some 11 or 8 instead of my regular 18.....

Mk I should probably start to cut back as well.... I know you've been at it longer than I have but there are days it seems like my battery is glued to my hand. I think you are right - especially with hubby still smoking it might be good to have 0mg in a couple of your favorites just for relaxation time.

Amen on that Iowa! His smoke in the car doesn't make me want to vape or smoke..but I do need to cover up that stink! It's that or hang my head out of the door like my shepard! (and she won't share the window seat).
I like knowing I don't NEED to vape anymore..it's my version of hot tea and a sweet in the evening.
Snow, That is a great idea! I will try some zro nic after being off a day or so and see what happens.
Thanks tracker for the heads up on peppermint!
Luma and Darri, mix the nics..then you won't know what you are vaping! But it will of course be lower.

Mary k, snow, was the stop vaping for a few days withdrawal the same as the stop smoking cold turkey withdrawal was? I have wondered if it would be easier because your only fighting one chemical addiction and the hand to mouth and not the 4000+ chemicals in smokes

Well Mmc I can see how the argument certainly could be made although I was never intending on quitting for 2 days. I know that if I were smoking I would have taken a walk or found some excuse to sneak a quick smoke in, but I didn't have that feeling of urgency. It was more of a.....hmmm well maybe later, maybe tomorrow, maybe tomorrow after I get back...type of thing. I certainly was not freaking out or completely jonesing, slapping my arm looking for a vein, upset that I couldn't vape.
