I am new here. I tried e cigs a long time ago but they made me dizzy, so I went back to smoking traditional cigs. I have quit everything now for 3 months, I smoked a pack a day for 12 years. I got horrible anxiety from quitting. My question is, I still crave it all the time. Would it be ok to just go back to e cig and have a few puffs when I really need it? Or is that asking for trouble? And just getting addicted all over again ?!!

Once you get a setup and juice that works for you (including nicotine content), you'll find you don't miss real smoke at all anymore. There might be a 2-3 day period where you'll be tempted to light up, but resist temptation and vape away. 10 days in, if you tried to light up, it would make you nauseous.
