I made my first original (to me) mix today and it's good. I'm not great at breaking down all the flavor nuances, so I'll just say that it's a clean, fresh natural banana with a hint of rum. I made 10ml, ran it through 2 30-minute UC cycles and within an hour of tasting, I'd made a 30 ml batch. It's not in-your-face flavored, but the flavors blend into a "full" vape-- very satisfying.

Also, I did not add any enhancers or sweetener. I might add a little AP in next batch, and maybe a little EM.

Here it is: Banana Trial 12mg (50/50) (I need a name, I guess)

PG Nicotine 48 mg 25%
PG 9%
VG 50%
Sweet Cream (TFA) 5%
Banana Foster (NF) 5%
Banana Cream (TFA) 4%
Butter Rum (LA) 2%

It feels good to have something to give to ECF, even if it is only a simple little juice mix!

Aww, thank YOU, Iffy. I did go back and add .5% (TFA) Brown Sugar Extra and 1 drop per 5 ml AP. Provided a little richness, but definitely not needed. I can't believe I made something I'd buy! I'm a little excited, can you tell?

Thanks guys. I had all the stuff, I read, read, read, but I was overwhelmed and afraid to fail. I think that getting the UC was the best thing. Somehow, knowing that I could steep/blend with a much shorter timetable gave me the push I needed. It also didn't hurt that I had reached a cc no-no point. ;)

It tastes good. I've never been a big banana fan, so I'm surprised. It doesn't have a candy taste and that is a deal-breaker for me. And I've realized the power of the cream. haha

Thanks again- I follow all of you closely on the forum because I respect you.

Newbie DIY'er question! What is "UC?" Congrats, Rock!

Hi Chelle! You were on fire yesterday with the cigg thread- I lmao many, many times. UC+ultrasonic cleaner- you know, the ones that clean jewelry. There are several threads with complete info, and if I knew how to link to them, I would. Word on the street is that the UC steps up steep time. I am a newbie too, as you know, so I am taking others' word for it (it's on the forum, so it's got to be true, right?). Check it out. If you make this, please let me know how you like it. The AP and the Brown Sugar Extra gave it a more "doughy" feel-- more like a pie-type desert. I liked each version equally. I've never had Banana Foster, but I will the next time I come across it at a restaurant.

I also made a mix with Juicy Peach, Honeysuckle and a tiny, tiny touch of natural cinnamon. I didn't make this up- search for Peachy Glee. Oh, and I made a Ry4 version. I am insane- have about 112 flavors. Don't you dare stare at my addictive personality flaw.... ;)

Great to hear from you. Take good care my friend. Until next time.

I don't like an in your face banana either...I am really excited to try you Banana Round Rock recipe. Glad to know I am not the only one with a addictive behavior. I took the addictive route too and have over a hundred flavorings and more on the way. And, I have a ultra sonic cleaner...will have to dig it out and use it for steeping. BTW...I live north of Round Rock in Georgetown.

Just happened to have the flavors sitting around and it just sounded good when I read the recipe. So I mixed up a small batch per the above and you have hit on something! Its really good out of the mixer (so to speak). I put some aside o steep for a few days because I have found those flavors in other mixes tend to need a few days to reach their full potential - especially banana. I really liked that hint of rum and hope it holds true while steeping and the banana doesn't overwhelm it - of course a bit more rum would solve that.

You are right, or you are in my opinion - it does not need any sweetener, its stands well totally by itself.

Great recipe - thanks!
