I cleaned out my eGO-T, slipped on a 510 drip atty and started vaping. WOW what a difference. I am tasting the liquid perfectly, the hit is perfect, and the vap is amazing. I didnt suck so hard to lift the liquid out of the atty and into my mouth, that was my first mistake, second was not cleaning the inside and there was a bit of build up. My vaping experience has done a 180 and really enjoying it now. For anyone with an eGO-T that doesnt like having to suck a brick, pick up a 510 addy and drip, its well worth it.

Thanks to all you who gave me suggestions and help.

Glad to hear it Ian! I new you wanted more from your messages. How did the rigging go with regards to "drip converting" a 510 atty?

Oh okay, if I find the video on de-bridging and de-wicking, i'll forward it to you. That IMO is by far the best dripping experience. But once it's converted with that method, there's no going back to cartridges on that atty.

I dont know if I want to mod it, I have no idea how these work and I will probably screw it up lol. I need the tanks for when im driving or at the mall. When I pick up more units and gain more experience I will try to mod. For now the only thing I know how to do is attach the atty's lol

Woot !!.. glad to hear Ian

Dripping was what "finally" made it posible for "ME" to transition fully, and is all I do now unless I'm driving where I'll use my VapeMate (which sometimes tends to flood for "me"), or my Boge 510 cartomizers.

I made the transition 2 weeks ago, I just need more as the cravings got higher. Now that I got more Iam happier then a pig in mud. I flooded my 510 the first couple times, thats why I thought mine was broken, after cleaning it and putting in 4 drops it worked perfectly. I still need the tanks while driving, dont need cops think im using a cell phone while im trying to drip while driving. That might be a law soon DWD (drip while driving) $500 fine lol

what where you arrested for smokum? oh I was charged with DWD

They couldn't make anything stick but kinda got me back in '07 when one of them plowed me down while I was walking across the street WHEN HE WASNT PAYING ATTN TO HIS DRIVING !!!

Ok, they "did" get me way back in the '70's with a 125 mph in a 30 mph zone (industrial park after midnight) sliding around a hairpin curve, but at least I deserved that one, lol, but back then they handed you a screw driver and made you give them your plates as he manually ripped up your drivers licience and threw it at you, hehe.

rolandpibb, I've still got to try out those GH1 bridge-less atty's, but ordered some 801 atty's and high nic last time round.

They're nice, especially for $3 an atty. Had to do a dry burn though, the first one had a nasty primery mothbally taste. I thought it was the cola juice I bought (nasty stuff), but just to make sure, I dry burned the second one.

Can never stock up on too much 510 stuff.

I've never dry burned new 510 atty's.... and I've had "some" that were pretty goopy. They tend to all work on the hotter side then others with fresh batt's or a big batt mod. I only blow out a new one, then give the bridge a couple of VG drips & puff, not inhale, blow out and drip my favourite juice at the moment and have at her.... that's with all brands (even the weaker SLB's I've had a while back).

The best atty's I've ever bought were Janty Dura atty's direct from Janty. I now have "one" left out of four that still works albeit weakly, and I've had it since Nov of 2008 with regular use and minor nitely blowing out and placing them in a shot glass coil down till morning.

I just feel that if you happen to dry burn the wick just that one time too long, it will burn.... and no matter what you do after that, if will never taste the same again.

Dry burning IMHO is best kept for used atty's that are acting up as a last resort, and even pushing the burn to 5 second bursts you should be blowing on the atty to help cool it quickly when you stop. <--- but again... this is MY OPINION, and the "dry burn" process has a fan base of its own that works for THEM.

I will have to try the GH1 atty's when money allows next time round.

    Greg

Ive heard good and bad on dry burning, its good when your burning dark juices and the heating coil gets all gunked up. Then again I dont know, im still a rookie at this. I also hear people say taking out the wick when you drip also improves the vap, but im not gonna screw around with all this. I just want this to keep working and prevent me from going to an analog.
