Joking about being "sick" on the day my Reo is scheduled to deliver (tomorrow).

My co-worker that sits in the cube next to me and I are both achy, sore throat, headache and coughing this morning.

Think I'm taking my laptop home this evening "just in case". I really hadn't planned on calling out tomorrow, knowing that the mailman normally delivers after I get home from work anyway.

Oh well - I really don't want to be sick. That's what I get for joking about it. LOL

That sucks the other bummer is you may not be able to taste how amazing your juice is on that new reo. I just suffered a week of a cold and lack luster flavor...

Try to plow thru it, if you can take the day after you get your Reo off. I'd hate to be sick and mailman stalking. I'd much prefer a day on the couch in front of the tv happily vaping away.

I kinda know the feeling. I've come down with a head cold and it's thrown my taste buds into a wonky state. Waiting for me at home is a delivery of about 30 DIY flavors. I've been excited to mix up some DIY in search of the "perfect" vape. Of course I know I won't make my "perfect ejuice" the first day of receiving flavors, but whatever I do mix may taste drastically different after this cold passes. Guess I'll have to make my perfect "head cold" ejuice.

Anywho, hope ya get to feeling better soon.

It was not really planned...but some spearmint did the trick when I had a little bit of a cold. Exhale out the nose, felt great.

Raber, try gargling some strong saltwater a few times. I do this whenever I first start to feel sick and I haven't had a full blown cold in about 5 years.

How did it work out for you? What did you use?

I made a TPA Peppermint 15% / Bavarian cream 10% that will blast your sinuses clear in one puff! It definitely works.

I agree with all here. I don't get sick but one every couple years, but when I do, it's friggin intense. This happened last week, and I vaped a strong menthol and it felt great on my throat and nostril/sinuses. Like Vicks vapor rub (but mine had fruit!)

Also totally could have been placebo, my grand makes everything better ;-)

If you can possibly make it to work tomorrow (Wednesday), you can show everyone how sick you are. Then you can get home, get your REO, and not feel bad about taking the rest of the week off (Thursday and Friday) being "sick" with your new REO
