I have a nicstick automatic; regular size battery; atomizer , and clear cartridge (tip). I went to refill my cartridges....and was going from 24mg menthol to 18 mg menthol (due to some throat burn). Well now its super strong....gagging strong. I couldn't find a youtube video to show me how. The instructions seemed vague. The instructions said to put only 2-3 drops of juice in the cartridge......but it wasn't even half full!!! So I filled it all the way up like when I had bought them.......With it super strong now....what I am I missing???? I am still trying to deal with my atomizer needing to be cleaned too.....and dammit I need a cigg.....good thing while my ecigg is taken apart, I still have a few analogs left.

I'm not sure what you have. Is it a dripping atomizer? If so, 2-3 drops is right, you are not supposed to fill it. More than a few drops will leak out and make a mess. They provide the best flavor of all juice systems. Some people just use them to test juices, others use them as their standard juice system as opposed to cartomizers, tanks, etc. Cleaning them is generally pretty easy. Some boil them 15 minutes several times then dry burn the, Some say to soak them in vodka, ever clear or isopropyl alcohol.

When I used atty/carts isopropyl alcohol worked great. I recommend 90% or higher because it evaporates faster. An easy technique is to soak it for an hour in isopropyl, stirring every now and then to loosen any gunk that might have solidified. Then let the atty air out for about 30 - 45 mins before giving it a THOROUGH rinse (water) and leave it to dry overnight.

Adding more of the same MG juice isn't going to solve your 24mg problem. Pick up some PG or VG and add several drops to your juice bottle, shake well and it will dilute it down. The strength of your nicotine will be hard to determine and is based off how much PG or VG you add, but it will definitely reduce the amount of nicotine in the mix.
