Not me. I put them in my pocket in my first week as I usually did. Then I take my Ego which is in the other pocket whenever I get the cravings instead of the smokes. That's the way to I've controlled it. Confront them, instead of avoiding them. I also went to places and situations where the craving is strongest. I threw all those analogs eventually. And went straight to a smoke store to test myself a day later. I almost bought a pack. I'm now in my 4th analog-free month.

Anything that works will always be applauded.

That's so great! Just think about all the stuff you can buy with the $15 bucks a pack you were paying in NY. I know that's an exaggeration, but not by much!

I think the most I ever paid for cigs was somewhere in NY.

They cost 10$ a pack here in Montreal, but last year I was visiting Halifax, N.S. (my hometown) and I asked for a pack of dumauriers and they were 15$!!!! I almost fainted!

I can still remember the day I took my cigs out of my purse...LOL just jk and that's a HUGE step forward. I do remember the first time I went away for the weekend and left my cigs behind for the first time...very nerve wracking and it's just astounding how much control these damn things HAD over us.
Again a big congrats and I'm glad to see you moving forward so well.
Happy Vaping.
P.S. Imma Guy

...and put them in my drawer at home. I left them at home! Intentionally! Whoa. That's a REALLY big step for me and I actually feel great - not too much like I am missing something. Big day for me. :)

The first 24h I was without out an analog I felt so happy about myself. Best feeling in the world when you conquer your own desires.

I agree! I'm analog free 8 days today and still in awe that I did it after 20+ years. After my very first vape, I knew I'd never touch another. Haven't even desired one for a second.

Headabovewater, congrats. It's a huge step and I'm happy for you!!
