I knew the explosion of E-cig battery in February 14.
What kind of the battery do you know ?

I heard the 2 batteries type was exploded.
But I can't confirm the fact.

I read a few articles that were conflicting, one stated, from the "supposed" 911 transcript, toms wife said "e-cigar", another article said there were a bunch of chargers with c123a batts in em, suggesting a mod was being used.

There is no source positively identifying any battery as the defective one, just some informed speculation.

Just use Google News and search "explosion e-cigarette." You will get tons of news stories. There is lots of conjecture, including one that says the victim is an avid photographer. That may explain the CR123s.

The facts are very skimpy in this this case and there is no shortage of rumors. If it goes to court you may not hear any more about it until proceedings begin.

Neither the battery type, configuration nor the brand of e-cigarette used or if it was a mod.

Nothing known as fact.

Yeah she said on the 911 phone recording "it's one of those electric cigars" I just imagined a cigar with that brown paper around it. But he had been vaping for two years as well, and probably had some mods. We assume it may have been a mod because they are known to explode. i guess we'l just have to wait for the truth, the media have been using all sorts of e-cig images to portray effect that anything could have exploded, and they show any image of an e-cig they can find to creat mass fear amongst us vapers.
