I love the vaping thing it helped me quit smoking 3 packs a day! Why are there no store fronts around me in NY, except the mall guys selling 510 kits for $150 and 10ml of tobacco juice for $20..

What are the issues with re selling mods and nicc juice in NY, I have heard that in NYC you can't sell flavored eliquid?

Maybe the basic problem is that to set up a store needs a lot of $$ and then you soon find that selling product at online prices will send you to Chapter 11 in no time. You might be better off with a concession stand/stall in a larger store (or even a street market stall). Either way you can't start up unless you've got several thousand to invest, so it's a long-term punt and not to be taken lightly.

Retailers have a lot of woes, like import problems and a measurable percentage of stock being dud. And if you source your stock in-country, then you say goodbye to 60% of the margin.
