How do I post a banner about when I quit and how many I have not smoked and so on. Ive fond the banners but I can't figure out how to make it part of me on ecf. Ant words of wisdom?

If it's a banner you like from someone else's post, just click on the banner and it will take you to a website where you can fill in all your data. If you want it absolutely correct, you need to figure out what your time zone would be in GMT. Then you just copy/paste the output, come back to ECF, look at the top of any page when you are logged in, and click on Settings. On the left side of your page, you will see 'Edit Signature'. Paste your info there, click Preview, and then OK (or something close to that, can't remember exactly the wording) and you should be good to go........
