I like my 510 CE2 XL cartos for the capacity and easy-to-tank-mod-ability, but ~2.5 is the lowest ohm rating offered. I like the vapor/flavor/heat production of my 510 Boge LR cartos.

I want 2ohm 510 CE2 XL Cartos!!

I'm aware that some of our best vendors cooperate with the China manufacturers on producing equipment. Which of our esteemed vendors will make this happen? I'm waiting with cash to spend on something awesome!

You might be waiting for a while since I have not seen lower ohm rated clearomizers anywhere but if you can wait you might want to try these:

These are LR cartomizers with a see through body like the clearomizers so you can see your juice. They hold as much juice as the clearomizers. Only difference is that they use filler to wick instead of the CE2.

I have the none clear ones and man, I can tell you that the TH, vapor and taste are incredible.

I have 3 boxes of the steel dual coils en route (stalks mailbox). I intend on tanking one to see if it will work with filler in the tank, but am skeptical if leaking will occur. I think the CE2 XL in 2ohm would be perfect with the new, fat wick. The CE2 XLs I have function top-notch, just not as heavy of a vape as the 2ohm Boge cartos.
