It seems that the search ID changes whenever I access the page. Is there a work around for this?

Have you considered using an RSS reader? Google Reader is a good one, and it's free.
I subscribe to the ECF RSS feed and I see every new post without actually coming to the site. If something interests me, I click and go to this site where I can read the complete thread.
That query is a broad sweep and is pretty solid, though using a feed reader is probably a better option. that query will return between 4 and 5000 posts many of which you probably wont care about. Chitchat threads, closed classifieds ads, etcWow, that looks right. Thanks clownballs
