I Would Like To Introduce: Please Read

I wanted to let y'all in on some new things that are happening here at Ms T's Bakery Essentials. As y'all know... Customer Service to me is the most important part of my business. Making sure all questions are answered as fast as possible. But with my growing company I am not able to do this all on my own.

So I would like to introduce Mon City John which is now a Supplier Associate for Ms T Bakery Essentials. He will be my eyes and ears for whatever may happen here on ECF. Nothing is changing with my business except that I now have a little Customer Service Help! LOL

If you post something here on ECF and I am not able to get to it right away, Mon City John will be answering on my behalf.

All is well. Thank you. Just really busy and money is tight right now. Hopefully if the government EVER pays me the $8000.00 they owe me, I might be able to get back on top of things. For now, just trying to work as much overtime as possible.

P.S. Just a side note. I still cannot find the material cheap enough to make the cases. I will, however, be making a new smaller case for me in the near future (of course the Ms T Snickerdoodle Cookie will be in there!! LOL) As soon as I do this, my 21 piece case will be packaged and sent your way. I promise I will not let you down, I feel bad enough I have not gotten it too you already! Sorry for the wait!!!!!!!!!!!!

I understand....times are hard. I have so many carto's laying here and don't know what is what LOL Just wish it could be made where you could make a profit. But oh well....
