I'm trying to figure out all this dripping thing, and Issac swears it's the bomb, so do I need a drip shield for one, or will the 306 drip tip work? Will the drip shield allow the use of a 510 tip or do I still need to get another one for the atty? Sorry, this is a new venture for me, so what do I need to make it work right?

When you drip it gets a little messy sometimes. The drip shield catches any juice that leaks out so it doesn't go all over your PV. You still use the same tip. I don't drip a whole lot but when I do I don't use one because I'm careful not to put too much in but I think most serious drippirs do. I'm sure one of the pro drippers will chime in.

LOL!! Yeah, I know, I've seen them, but yet to understand the whole thing! I'm adding one of these to the cart, I hope it works! 901/510 Drip Shield
Ordering some of the 801 fusions as well, since I missed the 510 fusions. Or do you think the regular Punch carto's will work in my cheap tank?
These Smoktechs are just enough to really piss a guy off!

Hey Sawman,
Dripping can be a pain sometimes unless you have the right drip tip. The black delrin io6 tip needs to be bored out however its not a necessity.. I can't remember the exact size I used 5/8? 5/16 most likely...it's late  I personally love using Pyrex. I have a few left from The ........... which is Amber and Pink. I know you want that pink one big guy :D Pyrex makes the flavor smoother however it can be mentally. Also the liquid doesn't get quite as caught as it does the delrin on occasion . Trippytips makes excellent sets also.

I can't seem to get that factory to bore them out! I would do it myself but due to it being unsanitary and the possibly missed unseen shards, it could me in hot water if distributed. Even our pre drilled punched cartos are only drilled prior to assembly because of these reasons. There's only one drip shield that will cover the delrin DT and that's from empire mods.com however I see it as useful as a 510 drip shield which is pointless as both devices breathe through the bottom, unless you plan on covering that and if your devices allows it. These were originally made for 901 atties as they have a side vent.

The io6 is made to give a precise draw out of the gate ny restrictions can cause damage, as in generating all this heat into a centralized place for it not to escape as it needs to, this heat has only one place to go while it burns up the coil.

Good sense vapor made a dca for it,as awesome as it is and it does do its job from folks over dripping, stopping leaks, but it does cause the excessive heat factor. The io6 is a conservative atty, you only need 1-3 drops per session and you save a load of juice. Always drip at a 90* angle. If you want to use the delrin, a great tip is: when you drip your drops, always give a very minimal outward puff into it before activating and you'll be fine :)

Saw if you have a Smoktech Dual coil tank you need the Mega Fusion or the 510 Fusion. He still has the 510 LR I think. That's what I bought. Any Mega Isaac sells will work. We just went through that on this thread. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/ikenvape/361220-cartomizers-my-tank.html

You can also use one of Wharf Rat's sleeves over the I06, put a drip shield over that, and any 510/901 drip tip you'd like.

I've done this and had good success because I tend to overdrip... I also have a DCA for this very reason and it is superior, but a bit more difficult to find in stock. (DCA is less prone to leaking when it is laid on its side, but both can hold 7-8 drops without being an issue.)
