IBTank, to paint or not to paint?

So i'm drooling over the IBTanks and thinking of getting a painted one, but since the designs are painted on I'm concerned about the paint chipping off. I'm sure theres IBTank fans in here, so I was hoping someone could tell be about the durability of the painted design. Thanks

Only two of my IBTanks are painted. The two that I have I can attest that the paint will not chip off. There is a durable clear coat painted over the colored paint on the tubes.

Not my tank (pic is a stock photo) but I have one like this. Looks nice on my blue Provari.
