Ibtanked 25mm on Ego Twist

Does anyone have a picture of how the 25mm XL Ibtanked looks on the Ego Twist or anything similar? I understand that the 19mm one is recommended after reading through a few threads on the subject, however I prefer the larger capacity of the 25mm tank.

Hi Circle! Welcome to the forum.

I don't think you'll find many pictures of that particular combo because the 25mm would just be too darn big and top heavy on a twist. The 19mm XL should be plenty big enough for most people. I'm pretty sure they hold around 4.5ml of juice, which would keep me going all day long!

I use 3.5ml Smoktech tanks when I'm out and about. I usually carry two of them with me and never have to worry about running out of juice.

With regard to the IBTanked tanks on an ego type battery . . . The only IBT, which I had used on my ego-c twists, were the XL 19 mm tanks w/an ego cone. Those were quite sufficient for myself. Even then, it was a bit top heavy.

It's going to look silly, I promise you that. But thank heavens they sell those little beauty rings to tidy it up somewhat. Here's a pic of a standard sized carto tank on an eGo with no beauty ring: View attachment 217224

The 25mm IBTanked holds the following amount of juice:

standard length - 5 ml
Xl length - 8 ml.

The following link has a photo of a similar sized tank on an eGo battery; looks pretty ridiculous if you ask me. No offense, Ocelot.

If you really got to have a large tank capacity, strongly consider getting a mod that can accomodate one.

The other thing to consider here is the stability of the set up. Besides the fact that it may or may not look silly to some folks, the heavy tank on that little battery is going to be somewhat unstable IMHO.
