I think I forgot to put this on this thread. I bought my first carto tank, 8 ml, from OCD. A clear tank with SS endcaps. From the beginning I had a little trouble putting the endcaps on. I would put juice on the o rings and inside the tank, etc. I changed o rings and when that didn't work, I forced it and made a small chip in the glass.

I contacted OCD and said, this is probably my fault but how hard can it be? He said there could have been something under the o ring.
We talked quite a bit. Did he say, that's never happened and it was user error? *No, he replaced the tube, threw in some extra o rings and washers, and a filling tool.* FREE.

I used to manage a $300K a month hi-fi store in the late '70's early '80's with 6 salespeople. If a guy came in the store saying he can't find a replacement balance knob for his 10 year old integrated amp my goal was to call him before he got home to tell him it would be here in 4 days. When he asked how much it was I'd say no charge. Upper mgmt didn't like me doing that but they couldn't say much, I had the highest volume highest profit store in the 75 store chain.

For the vendors that don't get that, I wish you lots of luck. Even though you may be busy, you aren't as busy as you should be.
IBTanked gets it.
