Icky lip 'goo' on drip tips

Apparently I have too many posts to put this on the new members forum....

How can you thoroughly clean your drip tips to get the icky lip goo off? Most of my drip tips are plastic so I dont know if I can use isoprophyl alcohol or not.

I use hand wipes, antibacterial ones

I have some rubber tips, too, and when I clean my equipment, I use boiling water and just put them in there with the rest of the goo'd up guys.

I use antibac wipes or wash with soap under hot water.

I just rinse under water and wipe it on my shirt.... I mean it works

a toothbrush with toothpaste works well between thorough cleanings, I do it daily.

Thanks for the suggestions. Just cleaned a couple with wipes and some with soap and water.....Soap and water left a residue and taste behind and the wipes didnt.

Ill try the toothbrush/toothpaste tomorrow.

Drink more water and you can avoid the lip goo all together...

If you happen to own one of those C02 whipped cream makers, they normally come with a tiny bottle brush for the tips. That's what I use with a little dish soap... like washing dishes!

I like to leave my crusties on there. that way when people ask to try my vape I show them the drip tip and that typically gets them to stop asking . haha! only kidding. I just wash under warm water and wipe with a paper towel and that does the trick.

I use an ultrasonic cleaner with a little Crest Pro Health ... leaves them a little minty which I don't mind personally. If I don't have time for that I'll just wipe them off with a high proof vodka or everclear. Sometimes I'll sneak a sip of the vodka too if I'm using a flavor I like ...

Nothing elaborate...just a rinse under hot water, paper towel dry, and blow it out to get any water drops out.

I rinse all of my drip tips in hot water and clean with a Q-tip, every night.

a wet paper towel if I can get to it. But If I am out and about, pacifier wipes work well. If it is good for cleaning and sterilizing my son's pacifier (when he used one) a drip tip is a piece of cake.

ah the dreaded lip boogies. Its actually dried saliva. accumulates more on metal mouth peices I've noticed. I lick and suck on the mouthpeice using fresh saliva to break down the boogies, then wipe with paper towel.
