iClear 30B rebuild problem

I haven't been able to find any information on the web on how to rebuild this coil head. I was able to get it open and build a dual coil micro coil at .7 ohms. I don't plan to vape it at this but I am just experimenting atm. So I wicked it up with cotton and it just leaked out of the bottom one drop at a time. I spent 4 hours using different methods of wicking before taking a break from it. I even imitated the exact way that innokin wicks the stock heads to stuffing it with cotton to the point where the draw was like drinking a frostee with a straw with no luck. Anyone have experience and have successfully done this rebuild? Any suggestions will help

Not sure about the rebuild but how did you take off the metal cap covering the wicks?? i want to remove the top wicks that just lay across the top. Pics?

pretty cool brosef - looks like an awful lot of work with the extra cotton though. I am going to clean and recoil now with stock coils to see if I can prevent the leaking on this thing.

It took me a while to get it to stop leaking. The vapor production is lacking because of the cotton. Maybe in will be better with some silica but I never rebuild with silica
