You'd be surprised how many people don't care either way. With so many users switching to cartos, the moat really doesn't affect as many users as it did before.
While that may be true, I assure you there are still plenty of people who drip. I can also assure you that none of them like
juice running down the side of their
device onto their hand. If there weren't a large number of customers that drip, why redesign the adapter to begin with? Hmmmmm?
The moated adapted is clearly available for sale in the Icon section of the site, so the information is available that it exists. All it takes is a quick email or order comment to request one.
I happened to stumble onto this post AFTER my order had shipped. Otherwise I wouldn't even know it existed. WHen making my purchase, I was presented with an option to select the adapter I wanted, and there was no mention of a V2. The term "V2" is clearly an implication of a revision. A revision is not an alternative. It's a replacement. Secondly, I only use a 510 connection, therefore, I had no reason to be looking at a SEPERATE product page for adapters. I already paid for one. It was on its way.
Look, all I'm saying is that perhaps a mention of the adapter on the product page would eliminate this inconvenience to future customers. Or perhaps every Icon purchaser would request the V2, regardless of their
vaping method, leading to a useless surplus of V1 adapters. That's for Puresmoker to decide how to handle.
As I stated, your response to my questions was A+ customer service, but nobody wants to stick a crucial piece of a device they just received back in a box to be re-shipped, processed, exchanged, and re-shipped.
