Hi,

I just bought a mod that has 2 x ICR 18350 batteries inside. I used for a day until screen showed Lo. I decided to recharge the batteries but as soon as I placed batteries inside the charger, the led turned green. I put it on the wall plug and led was still green. After a night, batteries still not charged.
Charger model is HZS-002. Searching on internet I found that the green led indicates 2 things. 1 battery full charged or battery voltage too low.
I would really appreciate if someone help me with this issue. I searched forum but i didn't find any thread about this issue.

You really should get a multimeter to check your batteries if you're stacking them. And for heaven's sake, stop putting those things on to charge until you're sure of the problem!

Please have a look at this website for some useful information about batteries and safety:

Having said that, a "Lo" warning usually indicates that your atty/carto is dead/shorted or that there's a problem with the center pin on the mod itself.

EDIT: I forgot to welcome you to the forum! Enjoy your stay here, Dozer!

Hi jSquared and thanks for getting back to me.
Since this happened, i checked Internet a lot to find more about li ion batteries. I found the battery university very good website.
Atty is fine. I'm using it on another device and is OK. I don't have a multimeter but I'm sure the batteries are discharged. Putting them back on the mode, I can use for one puff at 3V then Lo appears again.

Does lavatube vv 350 work with 2 non-rechargeable lithium battery?can I use this mod with 2 cr123a 3v , panasonic, non rechargeable?

KillDozer, I don't think non-rechargeable batteries put out the current needed for our e-cigs. Hopefully someone who knows more about this will pop in shortly.

Dangerous, do not ever use non-rechargable batteries on a e-cig. There is a case of batteries blowing up attributed to this.
Non Rechargable don't have the Amps necessary to run an E-Cig.

It concerns me that it wasn't severely cautioned immediately.!!

There are RCR123 that are 3v and some are 3.6V. The 3.6V are fine for a Xtar Charger, the 3V you need a special charger that will detect it or have a manual setting for them.

Now very interesting, I got my Xtar Wp6 today along with 4 spacer per charge unit. Too tight, probably would work with RCR123 but the springs were doubling up.

I bought regular 4/40th 1 3/4 length galvanized screws and screwed them into two spacers. Works perfectly.
I checked the Ohms and resistance was identical between using 4 spacers or 2 Spacers and the screw.

Batteries are coming out of the charger at the sweet spot of 4.15V - 4.18

The Wp6 operates a little differently than the Wp2, if I put a battery that's been charged to 4.15 on the WP2 than it won't charge it. If I put the battery on the WP6 it charges it up to 4.18 or 4.19

Slightly undercharging batteries extends the life so I wouldn't recommend doing that extra charge.
