What the heck is this? It's a brick building surrounded by a barbwire topped fence. I think it's some sort of utility building. We go by it on the way to get pizza.

I thought Lego also at first also, but now I'm certain that it's a power receptacle for the aliens' star galactic subships.
I was thinking about a cable/fiber optic communications hub, but, water control stations need security now, too.
