identify this flavour for me please :D polo mints ?

heyy guys,

i have recently brought juice from my local vendors, and it is perfect !

the labels i believe is in french so i dont know what brand or name this juice is. it tastes kind of like the original polo mints

i am into diy e liquid so i would like to purchase a mix, or the base of this flavour if anyone could identify it for me. this is because my vendors are selling it at a ridiculous price. of 8gbp per 10ml.

I'm not a DIYer, but it's most likely a Menthol and peppermint mix of flavors.

For those of us stateside, Polo mints are similar to Lifesavers.
