If a person is allergic to VG...

I read a couple old posts here were people claim to be allergic to VG. So if this is the case with someone, does that mean their only options are to vape 100% PG or quit vaping? Or is there something other than VG that can be used to as to thicken the ejuice? I think I know the answer here, but I thought I'd ask out of curiosity anyhow.

IIRC, it was the different plant based VGs. Palm is supposed to be the least adverse (least hiccups and feelings of indigestion). Just don't use vitamin E acetate, that will send you to the hospital.
