I would like to give a big shout out to simon for his customer relations. After I had a problem and I contacted Simon about it. He more than sorted it out I feel he went the extra mile.
I have had some good stuff from UK supplier’s pillbox 38 as well (Thank you Jason)
But I have to say Simon is the tops by far. I wont go into what he has sorted out for me all that I would say is if anyone is thinking about buying there first e-cig I would recommend.

I don't live in the UK, and have never bought from Simon--but when I first came across these e-cig videos on YouTube, and did a google on 'em & came up with Simon's website (I thought the UK was the only place you could get 'em!) he responded to my inquiry with a lot of care & detail, and set me straight. A real gentleman.

Of course, since then I've bought from a few ecig sites here in the US, and I'd have to say they don't come any better than Steve n' Benny--Cashmere & Meltrex of Puresmoker & Myecig, and they're both terrific guys too.

(Haven't seen Meltrex in these parts for awhile...hope he's hangin' in there!)

I havn't had any problems (yet) for Simon to sort out, so I don't know how well he performs on that front, however, my order from him so far turned up well packaged, on time and all fully working. I think the kit he sells must be about as good as generics get

Simon is the best!!! Apart from the expected aged and dying atomiser(of which I got spares), my ecigs from him have been working great!!

He always replies no matter how stupid my question and shipping is fast when I meet the 1pm Friday deadline hehe!!

Today I pull off my green battery from the charger and there is no green light at the end!! The battery works fine but its very dark and lonely at the business end but its still vaping nicely.

I suppose next time I charge I may find the onboard microchip is fried but then I have been noticing the green light dimming when I take a puff so I guess the amount of vaping I do, the LED came loose, tomorrow I will have a mouth full of LED!!!!!

It would be great if there was a manual switch on the led it only takes current and waste precious power plus you cant see it when your smoking it anyway it not needed imo!

I think the LED should stay, it draws very, very little power. Probably less than 1 percent of the power the atomiser needs!! Its alot easier to see on the black DSE901b too. I suppose it would be more useful to have one where the vaper can see it but its good for showoff value too!

Tribal you cant even see the led in unless you look in the mirror it just makes it look like a cigarette which it is not!
i think eventualy they will sack of the led it just a gimick !

Ohh howd he get banned!? Thats a shame he knew all about batteries! I guess you are right, I think the LED indicator is best a small LED where the user can see it just to be sure the switch/atomniser is activated!

yeah this is the only time the leds are use full. but for home use a manual switch would be good but knowing the manufacturers it would probably break!
