Welcome to the forum! The average person vapes between 3-5 ml per day. Some less, some more. Different pv's and devices use more juice than others, so it's really difficult to say how much you will use. Better to have too much than too little. Some people that were light smokers like you vape a lot! I was a pretty heavy smoker and don't think I vape as much as the average person, but my nicotine level is on the higher side so that may be why.

Depends on the device. But if you really stick to vaping only as much as your smoked, I would say maximum 30 days, minimum 15 days. (unless you are using an ecig that uses up liquid faster like a tank system or a big battery with LR atomizers or cartos). Some people who vape a lot can use up 5ml or more in a day. I use about 2-2.5ml per day, mostly on slim ecigs and I am vaping about 30 cigs worth (like I smoked). I am not using LR cartos/attys or tanks - just using standard resistance.

if you buy a 5ml bottle and put 5ml in it (measure with a syringe) (or a 3ml bottle and put 3ml in it), and only vape from that, you will be able to see how much it goes down each day. Then you will really know how much you are using.

And don't cut it too close! Buy extra liquid. New vapers are the ones most likely to run out of liquid. People who have been vaping for a while usually have extras of everything including juice.

thanks for the quick replies guys. .. i have that smart smoker i talked about the other week, the mini ciggerette (btw the atomizer came and its working fine now). At the moment i have cartridges and i find i have a vaping session for about 5 minutes (just like i would a normal ciggerette) and i find i need to change the cartridge every 5 sessions to a new one which isnt too great.

I used to spend about £30 on ciggerettes a month before this and for the same price of £30 i got 50 cartridges and unfortunately i see them going quite quickly which makes this quite expensive so this is why im thinking of using liquid if that works out cheaper

I read your old post about the cartomizers. I'm new to cartomizers myself. I learned that many people get about a week or more per carto. I was concerned about the cost as well until I learned this. Then I went hunting for options. I settled on the elite 808 from cigeasy with they're clear 808 elite cartomizers. They don't have polyfill so very unlikely they will get burnt taste. They are high quality. In kr808 section I got tips on using them if you decide to go this route. Or you could try to find cartomizers that fit your current batteries to lessen the costs.

What device do you have? Are you refilling your cartomizers or they just going bad that quickly?

I use 3-4 ml/day not counting what I spill. I have a klutz gene.

I've got a 5ml torpedo tank on my provari. Inevitably at least once a day, this giant thing falls out of my shirt pocket every time, the top falls off, and I put about 2ml of eliquid into whatever carpet I'm standing over. My kingdom for a lanyard.

Including that, I smoke about 1/2 to 2/3 of the tank a day using it pretty constantly. Especially if its delicious chocolate almond from vaporbomb.

I smoked two packs a day, I now vape 24mg liquid and roughly 3 or 4ml a day, but like others have said, its not really possible to say exactly how long it will last a person since there are so many variables, resistance of the atty/carto, mg of juice, and just because you smoked 14 cigs doesnt mean you wont use you r ecig more often to fight the urge. Hope that helps a bit. good luck

Also, depends on how much juice you waste. Noone seems to mention this, but juice waste can be a real concern, especially at the beginning.

I found I was wasting a ton of juice by using the "condom" method to refill cartos. Half the juice ended up on the outside of the carto or in the tube inside. Dripping it in there and rolling it around uses WAY less juice. Probably less than half as much, no joke....

You may also find that you will not be vaping near as much as you would think. Since it isn't continuously "lit" like a cigarette, you are less likely to have it in your hand as much.

for me its the opposite, because i dont need to light it all i need to do is just pick it up and start vaping
