"If steeping is so good" makes absolutely no sense.

Some of the large vendors do send pre-steeped. Steeping only means aged until the flavors are stabile. Whether that point is good or bad is up to the user. If you have a flavor that you think is great as soon as it's mixed but bad after 3 weeks steeping would be bad. If you have a flavor that isn't good until 3 weeks steeping is good.

I want my DIY to be steeped and good so I can mix it ahead of time and not have to worry about finishing it fast or dumping it out.

So let me get this staight, flavor improves typically after a couple of weeks? If my local b&m makes it in front of me, should I open the bottle at home and let it sit for a week or two? Im a flavor junkie and always searching for max tastieness.

I only open them if I need to bleed off a chemical or perfumy flavor. Leaving something open here means lots of dog hair.

You don't eat all your bananas at once? haha

I get that there are a lot of options, it just seems like it would be a good marketing idea to offer some of the more popular blend/concentration/flavor combinations in "Aged" variety. Possibly in accompaniment with some research into which benefit most from it and optimal lengths of time.

I get my juice from a site that offers discounts for "matured" e-liquid. EVC Sales/Clearances I've never bought matured liquid though. Can't say I'd prefer it or not.

I remember when there were big threads debating whether or not "steeping" was a real thing or not.
Ah yes, good times.
:)

Well, I say if a person's convinced that letting their juice sit on a black marble platter in moonlight for two hours improves the flavor, then it obviously makes a difference to them.

Whatever it takes to make your vape a happy vape!

Taste is so subjective from person to person and flavor to flavor. The best way, whether DIY or per-mix, is try it right away, let it steep a couple days, and let it steep longer. Compare the tastes and see which you like best. What you think is great isn't always what someone would think. Some flavors need to steep with lid off for 2 or 3 days and some flavors should have the lid on at all time. It is all about what you like.

To quote what K_Tech said above "... if a person's convinced that letting their juice sit on a black marble platter in moonlight for two hours improves the flavor, then it obviously makes a difference to them."

Has anyone seen the movie Box of Moonlight.

I checked out this link. The vendor is selling Dekang that is expired by a couple of months. It is up to you to decide if you want to vape liquids that are a couple of months past the stamped expiration date. It is not matured juice. It is expired. Up to you.
