If they haven't been transferred to the new site yet, email me at chris@eastmall.net and I will transfer them for you. You do not need to know what your old balance was - I will look it up! You only need to provide me with the email address that you signed up with on the old website, and the email address you signed up with on the current website if it's different from the one on the old site.
