Why can It not be mentioned?
Long story short? Guy who owns the other forum created it when he got kicked off of here for violating forum rules, which he seen as way too much over moderating and over censorship. So that place allows Adult Language and you can harass the mods (in fun). And you can dog ECF if you want which makes it not allowed to be mentioned here as there could be inter-forum fights (Not cool or fun!)

I just visited and I agree. Happy here!:)

Yeah, where there are no rules, then there is chaos...simple as that..... Unfortunately, that is just the way human nature is ..... People who hang out there do not like rules, order, or discipline ..... Sure, I have often thought that this place is overly strict, but on the other hand, I realize that enforced rules are necessary for a smooth running forum... People who like the other forum lack morals, proper ethical thinking and discipline.

Doubt very much that my own vape would change at all. Would definitely stock up a pile of beginner starter kits to pass out to interested parties. Would have to do some serious research on appropriate causes and institutions to donate to. Seriously doubt this forum would be a recipient beyond possible paid membership.

BUT.... But... well geez.... I just like it over there. They don't tolerate bullying and sometimes if you need to you can vent over there using language that you can't here. Plus There are pretty helpful and kind people there too. Not just the crazies... :(

And I do have morals, proper ethical thinking and discipline...:cry: Not everyone over there is bad...

just shakes my head seriously..okay i guess vapers would be more involved but i don't see me as complaining

But we are involved now. Not everyone has the same interests as you. Personally, I don't see any need for vaping research and I wouldn't give any money toward it.. we are the research, live and in person. Why pay a scientist for what we are doing daily? Those are my thoughts.

I would rather see smokers quit smoking. I would rather more smokers who tried to make the switch to vaping be successful in their switch, and, with a household income of 2,200 a month, I do my part now to do just that by giving away vape gear to those close to me (family, friends, people at my husband's work) whom I know either won't invest on their own or don't have the money to invest.

That is the place I see a need. I am on this forum in the hopes of helping new vapers be successful in their switch, those who aren't close to me, because I see a need of helping others learn and grow.

But if I won the lottery, it wouldn't change very much because I'm already helping all I can in the areas I see a need.

What winning the lottery would change is how I approach cancer research, and doing more to help those struggling with cancer. I lost my father to cancer when he was 42, I lost my daughter to cancer when she was 23, and my mother had cancer twice although she survived it both times. Funny thing is, smoking wasn't a factor with any of them although I'm intelligent enough to know that smoking can increase a person's chance of getting cancer.

I give every single month to St. Judes. I do that now, and that is where my heart is. But just as I give to that, I do what I feel is needed as far as vaping advocacy and helping smokers to quit.

To judge others because your priorities are different than others, is wholly wrong. If you believe in something, you do all you can now, not once you win the lottery.. you put your spare time and money and effort into it now, regardless of income level. My income? mine is less than most people's on this forum, but I'd bet I do more for the areas I believe in right now than you do..

Don't judge others, just understand we are all different and feel different areas have varying degrees of priority. But the rest of us, we do what we think is important right now, and aren't waiting to win some lottery that most of us don't even buy tickets for, because we are too busy helping others in need.

If research is an area of your interest, that's great. We all have different areas of interest which creates a situation where all areas are covered with our support and advocacy.

I would not be shamed into doing anything that I did not want to do. Come to think of it, in that one regard, I would not change much. Humanity would go on just as is has and so will I. I will simply do it more expensively. I would hire people to do my coils to perfection.

And, I am with Kat, I am not certain that I understand the premise of this thread, but I do have a suspicion.

And I thought the question was about how you would help vaping although I would not just give money to the homeless but attempt to set up general housing with a conditional time limit and work training programs.

Sorry, I can't continue to give people money when the social security I have been paying into forever won't be available to me because funds continue to get misappropriated.
