Okay got ahold of the Igo-L today. In it's stock form, the build quality is nice. I set it up with a 28g Kanthal a-1,7 coil wrap with Silica wick. Came out to 1 ohm, and I used it for about 5 minutes. Out of the box may be good for some, but I found the throat hit irritating and Vapor production anemic compared to my other atty's. Used the K100 in 18500 mode. AW IMR's for AMP capability.

Okay that was enough of that shiz! This atty has massive potential with the space under the hood. First of all I decided to bore the airhole to 1/16th, and drill it all the way through to the other side, so it has opposing 1/16th air intakes.

Next I Chose a decent wire, 32G Nichome for this build. Has a low resistance yet is small and easily manipulated in tight spots. Final resistance 0.9 Ohm's.

Dual cotton cheesecloth wicks for impressive flavor. 50/50 VG/PG for max flavor/throat hit and excellent vapor.

These simple easy modifications took about ten minutes, and turned this atomizer into a BARN BURNER. The Vapor as you can see is outstanding. Throat hit is Potent but not irritating, and can be chain vaped for the room cloud. Flavor is decent, but will improve with wick seasoning. Overall I like it, and have many other ideas to bring this atty to newer levels. Will enjoy this one for a minute before I go on to another build. Gonna have to order some more, to have alternate builds on hand for different vape styles.

Great size too, next to Vamo ZAU for comparison.

As I am still in awe as well with the IGO-L as the OP is I decided to clean my wick and recoil with a 4/3 wrap this time... Oh my!!

32awg K A-1 at 2.4ohm and 8.5W... previous coil jumped to 3ohm's even :( but she is heating up quicker and brighter now!

You could use that as a flashlight!

Still really pleased with the IGO-L.

I think I'll open up the airhole on one of them, to try that out.

But so far, really impressed with it.

Please let us know ow this works out for you... I've been toying with the idea of drilling mine out; unfortunately my existing air hole is so low that the air flow is already constricted by the base overlapping the vent hole. I will receive some benefit from drilling, but I would receive more if the hole was higher.

There we go... Got my mech mod finally, so now this thing has changed everything.

EA Mod in 18350 mode with an IGO-L on it is absolutely stellar for a pocketable all day vape... Here next to a Provari Mini for size comparison:

How are you liking the EA?

My arsenal consists of x3 AGA-Ts and x3 IGO-Ls. 150' of wire, x2 sqft of mesh, 5ft of 2.5mm German silica, and enough DIY material for 750mls of my favorite juice. A couple of K100s and 2 back up mods, x10 extra batteries coming soon from a co-op.

I don't need anything else, and won't for quite a while.

Hey folks,
So I wrapped a 4 wrap 30 gauge kanthal coil around 2 strands of cotton yarn. Giving it a go stock today. Nice out the gate, holds good amount of juice and great flavor. Attached to the QZI mod 510 cap. Too low to read on a provari or my wife's Segeli. I'm going to say .8-.9 ohm.

I just wanted to see how the IGO-L looked on my Vision spinner 1300... still vaped just fine. I am using the Kanger Protank ego thread cover to finish it off. Felt really comfortable in my hand and my pointer finger was right in the curve of the thread cover.

Bang for the buck that is dynamite! !!!
