If you guys are having slippery cap issues. I removed the o rings, and wrapped some sewing thread one and a half times around the slots. Placed the o rings back in. The cap is nice and snug now.
I am absolutely lovin the Igo-L... I'm so glad I bought a few spares. I have been using this on my Provari and it lasts so long on 20 drops of juice, that my Reo is getting envious . I've got a few Igo-S's that I haven't even bothered to open yet...
This little gem has become my flavor tester. I think I'll have to grab another to use as it's actually intended

I run a similar setup for everyday vaping. Have you bothered with trying this yet?
I am running a short wick right now kinda of like yours but its doubled over on itself to provide more surface area for wicking. So far I prefer the picture above to the current setup I am using.

I haven't. I'm waiting on some 500 now, when it gets here I do plan to make a bigger ss wick for the igo. I tried a couple coils with silica today.. meh.. but I do need practice.

I have 2 out for delivery, today. Have my 3mm German silica wicking material, 32g and 30g Kanthal, #400 and #500 SS mesh, and torch ready. Can't wait to start experimenting with different wick assemblies.

Yeah its a great setup to taste test diy flavors quickly. After testing, a quick dry burn and its ready for the next flavor. Only minor negative with mesh in the igo is that it gets real hot

Mail person delivered my 2 IGO-Ls about a hour ago. I have one up and running, now. I wrapped a small piece of oxidized #400 SS mesh around a double loop of 2mm silica. Made a 30g kanthal 3/4 coil wrapped around the said. Resistance is 1.4Ω and running on a provari mini at 3.4 volts, initially.
First pull . . . I was coughing on 12mg nic. Good Lord, what an easy set up on this little guy and what an excellent vape. I love my cartotanks, but between this one IGO-L and my 2 AGA T2s, I am loving the RBAs, thus far. LOL . . . I have Vaperfexion xl Pro V2 cartotank arriving this Friday. Umm . . . It's a wonderful looking tank, anyways.
Now, with the IGO-L in hand and a bottle of 50/50 juice, I'm going to enjoy the rest of the SF vs MIL baseball game.

ETA: My only one observation is, I wish that the air intake hole was a bit higher.
eta 2: I took a scratch awl and and very carefully made the air hole bigger, not by much. Much better, for me. Less TH and clouds of vapor.

I got one of these in the mail yesterday. Looks well built. One question I have is concerning the air hole, it's a little low, and part of the air hole is below the top rim of the bottom piece. If the hole needs to be enlarged, is it better to just drill another hole the same size as the original on the opposite side rather than enlarge the existing hole?
If you do that, you'll want to plug the current hole.
I have just been building my coil with slightly longer legs, so the coil sits lower, right in the path of the airflow. If you go this route, you may have to take a few extra steps to avoid hot legs... but, i simply read up on the subject and it wasn't to hard to do... it's working great for me....
My IGO-L's are all I've used for the past week. They make some of my other RBAs feel neglected. One of the better, simpler delivery devices I've tried in the past four months or so.
Set up the second IGO-L with 4 layers of 2mm silica with a 3/4 wrap of 30g kanthal. No SS mesh in this one.
Well, looks like MIL will sweep SF in this series. However, my 2 IGO-Ls are HOT on the trail to a vaping victory.

I'm about to order an Igo-l for my provari mini. what gauge kanthal or nichrome do you all recommed, and what ohms would you recommend? i am new to the rba scene and i have no idea whether it would be better to go lower ohms like 1.8 or below, or more around 2.5... or what? what differences should i expect with different ohms setups?
has anyone tried the SS rope method on one of these? you could probably do a straight vertical "straw". I'm probably going to go with cotton wick, just because i dont trust SS and the possible toxic side effects of heating/oxidizing it.

I just wanted to see how the IGO-L looked on my Vision spinner 1300... still vaped just fine. I am using the Kanger Protank ego thread cover to finish it off. Felt really comfortable in my hand and my pointer finger was right in the curve of the thread cover.
nice setup...what kind of wire/wick setup are you using for the spinner? Does it work well??
Igo-l are really tremendous for the price you can make can make it hit just as hard as a nimbus if well built.
got my igo-l today. before that i tried: 510 atomizer with drip guard - hated it, ego-c tank cartridge atomozer - hated it, various cartomizers - ok, but couldnt stand the short lifespan and inevitable burning of mystery substance inside.
Igo-l is AWESOME. cleanest, most vapor, best taste, and perfect amount of drip time before i get to change flavors. i really like the fact that when i'm running out of juice i get a very mild burnt taste.. can hardly even call it burnt.. instead of a charred wrath of death that I got from everything else.
