I recently purchased an igo m from my local b & m and after having less than 24 hours one of the negative post came loose. I took it back and he said there was nothing he would do about it. He said I could try tapping down on it with a hammer and that should fix it. We'll that BS don't work, post is now broken and my other post is loose. Any suggestions anyone? I really like the size of the post and airflow in this thing.
