Great videos Thraizer, they should definitely be great help to a lot of people.

The posts definitely sound like brass to me when you are drilling. Many dripping RBAs have nickel or chrome plated brass posts. With such a small drill size your spindle speed looks & sounds way too slow. Hard to tell but the base does look like SS.

I definitely give it up to you guys who drill these with a drill press. Great care must be taken into account for proper setup in drilling things so small. If you don't know what you are doing & if you haven't done something like this before I would definitely not recommend holding such a small work piece by hand when drilling. You don't want to make your finger a bottom feeding rba! Very easy to snap one of those drill bits if the workpiece is not secure.


No video but I'm lucky to have the luxury to do it the much easier way & with an additional hole for the juice on the post. :p
